Torquay Memory Cafe - Toads Little Theatre

At Toads Memory Cafe, Torqay, we aim to entertain our visitors with a varied program of entertainment and mind games. Our visitors are carers and their spouse, partner or friends, we also welcome people who remember the 50's and 60's and want to relive those treasured memories, you don't have to be diagnosed with dementia to come along and join in the fun. There is loads of free parking and we will keep you supplied with free tea and biscuits - everything is free! Come along at 2.30pm on 1st Friday of the month, we finish at 4.15pm.


Everyone with Memory Problems Welcome - First Friday of the Month at 2.30pm

Objectives - The key outcome for this service will be to provide individuals living with Dementia with companionship, social interaction and support to participate in activities that they find meaningful within their local community. - To increase the amount of support available to people living with dementia and their carers, including those not eligible for social care services. - Provision of a range of stimulating activities to promote the well-being and condition maintenance of people living with dementia.
